Your Day, Your Way: Crafting a Bespoke Ceremony Tailored to You

Planning a wedding is so exciting, although it can also be quite overwhelming with all of the choices for everything on offer. We hope to make the ceremony part of the planning a little easier for you and if you are looking for a unique, bespoke ceremony that’s tailored exactly to what you want then you have come to the right place!

We’d love to help you create a ceremony that’s full of fun, love and laughter– and maybe a few tears (happy ones!). We specialise in creating memorable and bespoke ceremonies that truly reflect you as a couple on your special day. You can include your own words, your own love story and all the quirky things you love about each other. Of course, a wedding ceremony is an important commitment but it doesn’t mean that your service has to be serious and formal – unless you want it to be, of course!

We advocate for couples celebrating their love for one another exactly how they want to – wherever and with whoever they want! You can include age old traditions, create your own traditions or keep things as simple as you’d like.

There are no rules or boundaries – your day, your way!

A Guide to Personal Vows

Lets not forget about those all important vows.
We will guide you through all of the options and will also be on hand to check and help you with them should you decide to write your own personal vows to one another. Many couples like to include an exchange of rings with a ring pledge, again this can be totally personalised, just for you. Ask us about some of the fabulous ring pledges from last year.

"Gayle, What can we say?! Saturday was amazing and you were a huge part of that.  The script was perfect and we loved how you blended it all together.  I know Cam massively appreciated you keeping him as calm as possible during the wait at the aisle.  Booking you as our celebrant was one of the best decisions we made.  We can't thank you enough."

Understanding the Legal Side of a Celebrant-Led Wedding: What You Need to Know

It is important to remember a wedding ceremony held by a celebrant is not legally binding. **The law in England and Wales currently states that a celebrant led wedding is not legally recognised, meaning that couples who opt to have their ceremony conducted by a Celebrant must take care of the legal ceremony, usually at a registry office either before, or after the Celebrant led wedding day blessing.I have had many couples do this, even during their lunch hour from work and treat it like an appointment, which is essentially what it is. With 2 witnesses present, you repeat the legally required vows and you sign and register your marriage in a similar way that you would register a birth, or a death for example. Some make a little more of this and dress up for the occasion, but as there is no legal requirement to exchange your personal vows, nor your rings - you can always save these for what we would call your "REAL" celebration. Once you have completed the legal paperwork, you are free to celebrate your marriage, or civil partnership anywhere and in any way you like.
